WildWing Metropolitan District

The District Management team is coordinating with representatives from the Pulse utility project on open spaces impacted by construction access and equipment traffic, including areas west of Chandra.

Additional utility work and access may still be required within these easement areas. To avoid restoring areas that could be disturbed again, the District and the Pulse project team are coordinating the timing and appropriate preparation for restoration once construction activities are complete.

Current planning includes:

• Repairing open space areas impacted by construction access and equipment traffic.
• Preparing disturbed soils and addressing compaction as necessary.
• Re-seeding affected areas with an appropriate native/prairie seed mix during the fall establishment season.
• Monitoring restored areas for successful establishment.

Pulse will be responsible for costs associated with repairing and restoring areas damaged by the project.

The District will continue coordinating with the Pulse project team and provide additional updates as the remaining utility work and restoration schedule are finalized.
