District Irrigation Systems Usage Update:

Due to wiring and controller issues some sections of the district system is not operating automatically therefore FLM will be manually running water on the affected areas once to twice a week, for 2-3 hours at time, in order to provide proper irrigation to plants, turf, and trees within these areas. Water usage will not be increased by this practice but in fact the district has used less water for irrigation than previous seasons, year to date. This is a temporary operation until work to repair some of the irrigation issues can be approved and completed.
