Community Meeting and Board Meeting

This is a friendly reminder that the Wildwing Metropolitan District is holding an all community meeting on February 8, 2024 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be at the Timnath Town Centre and also via Zoom. Following the Community Meeting a Board meeting will occur at 8:00pm.
The sole purpose of this meeting is to discuss the refinance/restructure of the District’s debt and to provide the community with details of the transaction. Members of the Board, along with Pinnacle and our Investment Bankers, will be available to answer any and all questions.
